Returns, Warranty & Repairs

At Blade Runner Diamond Tools, we take pride in the products we sell and the service we provide. The following outlines our policies regarding returns, cancellations, warranty claims, and repairs.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible products within 90 days of the original sales confirmation date, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, and in resellable condition
• Products must be returned in original, unaltered packaging
• All returns require prior approval

Return Fees

All returned items may be subject to a return or restocking fee, depending on the condition and nature of the return. Return fees may apply in the following situations:

• Items returned without original packaging, or with damaged or modified packaging
• Special-order items returned to cover manufacturer-imposed restocking fees
• Returns involving six (6) or more items, which may incur additional handling and processing fees.
• Return shipping is usually covered by the customer.  Our team can assist as needed.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Custom-ordered products
• Installed products
• Clearance, discontinued, or showroom models

Cancellations

Orders canceled after being placed may be subject to cancellation fees, particularly if items:

• Rush ordered or are already in transit or prepared for shipment
• Are in the process of being manufactured

Warranty Claims

All claims related to missing, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within seven (7) business days of receiving the product.

• We will absolutely cover damaged or defective products.  If you damaged an item accidently, honesty is the best policy.  Let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
• Warranty coverage for defects is governed by the manufacturer’s warranty policy for each respective brand
• Blade Runner Diamond Tools will assist in facilitating warranty claims when applicable

Repairs

Repair eligibility and procedures vary by product and manufacturer. Please contact our team with your order information and product details so we can determine the best next steps and coordinate with the manufacturer if needed.

Return & Warranty Review Process

• All return and warranty requests are reviewed by our Returns & Warranty Specialist
• Requests are typically approved or denied within 48–72 hours
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected

Blade Runner Diamond Tools reserves the right to approve or deny any return, exchange, or warranty claim at our discretion. Fees or conditions may be waived in cases where the issue is due to an error on our part.
